We are happy to accept returns for whatever reason unless it is a bespoke drawing done specially for you. If it is something we are confident we can resell we will happily accept it back but we will exercise discretion on bespoke items. 
Return postage is done at the buyers expense.
Any damaged items will not be refunded. Please make sure you have packaged the item well to avoid any damage in transit.

Shipping will be via Hermes. Items will be wrapped in bubble wrap, every care will be made to ensure your picture arrives undamaged.
